Movement and Mindfulness is a space designed to help you nurture and nourish your mind and body.

Through movement and mindfulness, we have the power to transform our physical and mental wellbeing. Anyone and everyone can harness the power within themselves, they just need to be reminded how.

In today’s society, we’re taught that movement is for the sole purpose of weight loss, and mindfulness is only for those who battle mental health issues. Here at Movement and Mindfulness we know the truth; any and all movement is good for us, and everyone should practice mindfulness!

Moving our bodies helps us to build and maintain strong bones and muscles, mobilise joints, boost circulation and heart health, and relieve stress.

Mindfulness helps to relieve stress, manage overwhelm and anxiety, and ease feelings of depression.

Neither of these practices are quick fixes! The secret is to find a routine and a balance that works for you, and that’s where we here at Movement and Mindfulness come in…
