Vinyasa Flow

Every Friday and Saturday morning, I teach Vinyasa flow classes. Suitable for all levels, these classes are perfect for anyone looking to start yoga! Come and improve your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, whilst also destressing so you can truly relax for the weekend!

Friday – 9:15-10:15 // 10:15-11:15
Saturday – 9:30-10:30

Athena Aerial Fitness

Stretch and Flexibilty

Come and join me at Athena Fitness every Saturday!

You can pay to drop in and expect to find a full-out and fun class combining strength and flexibility training! Get ready to get sweaty and get stretchy!!

Monday – 18:00-19:00
Wednesday – 20:10-21:10
Saturday – 11:10-12:10

Kids Mixed Aerials

If you have or know of a child who would love to try out aerial classes, get them signed up to Athena Circus Academy and watch them fly (literally)!

Monday – 4:45-5:45pm
Tuesday – 4:00-5:00pm
Tuesday – 5:00-6:00pm

Power Flow

It’s your flowy yoga class with a kick to help you feel mentally and physically powerful

Similar to your Vinyasa flow class but much slower paced! Expect longer holds in each of the postures and a real focus on slowly down the mind and body
