Private 1-2-1 Yoga

In 1-2-1 sessions, you’re in charge!

Life can get busy and it isn’t always possible to make it to a weekly yoga class. So save the stress and save the travel, and practise privately in your own home!

For one hour, you pick the focus. Maybe you want to develop your personal yoga practice, or gain a deeper understanding into yoga. Or maybe you have a specific goal you want to work on! Whether it be strength or flexibility, technique or inversions, mental health or injury management*, whatever you need, we do.

As well as having the class tailored completely to your individual needs, I’m always available to answer any questions you have between sessions, so you can continue to practice and progress outside of class!

The Price: In person sessions are £50, online are £45. Discounts available

Semi-Private Yoga

This session is suitable for groups of 2/3 people. So if you and a friend (or 2) would like to have a private class, and would be happy to combine your classes, pay for the hour and split the price!

This is a great way to spend time with your friends and get the benefit of a yoga class that is completely tailored to yours (and your friend’s) needs.

The Price: In person sessions are £50, online are £45, and the price gets split between you. Discounts available

Weekly Yoga Classes

I teach at a few wonderful different studios and leisure centres every single week! You can find out more on the ‘schedule’ page, or by clicking here.

My classes are available for all levels and include the styles of vinyasa, power, dynamic and slow flow. All are suitable for anyone and everyone, no matter your age or ability.

Group Classes

Whether you run a fitness or leisure centre, a school or an office, or even just want to book a class for your party or event, this is the option for you! Whatever your need, please get in touch to discuss the details and pricing.

Yoga For Dancers

As a dancer myself, I know how important it is to be strong and flexible. But I also know how important it is to prioritise mental wellbeing and injury prevention/management. Long days and lots of pressure can be incredibly taxing on performers’ mental and physical health, so I have created Yoga For Dancers to help tackle these key areas to keep our aspiring dancers happy and healthy!

Chair Dance

Exciting news… I’m (almost) a fully certified Chair Dance instructor and, as soon as I am, these classes will be up and running and available to book!

So, what can you expect? Chair dance is a super fun and more accessible style of dance. Learn new routines fortnightly, let the stress melt away, and connect to your body and your movement!

We cover all styles from commercial to contemporary, and cater for all levels! It’s a safe space for everyone to let their hair down (metaphorically or literally), and learn something new.

With my courses and workshops, you’ll leave fully equipped for the next step in your yoga journey. Whatever the focus is, be it technique or philosophy, you’ll find a course or workshop that’s right for you! Together, we’ll break it all down in a way that is manageable and approachable, and easy to integrate into your personal life and practise!
