Vinyasa Flow

Every Friday and Saturday morning, I teach Vinyasa flow classes. Suitable for all levels, these classes are perfect for anyone looking to start yoga! Come and improve your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, whilst also destressing so you can truly relax for the weekend!

Friday – 9:15-10:15 // 10:15-11:15
Saturday – 9:30-10:30

Athena Aerial Fitness

Stretch and Flexibilty

Come and join me at Athena Fitness every Saturday!

You can pay to drop in and expect to find a full-out and fun class combining strength and flexibility training! Get ready to get sweaty and get stretchy!!
